A doctors surgery in Royston which has been closed since May is due to reopen in November.
Market Hill Surgery was closed after a flood affected all floors of the building, leaving it in a dangerous position with electrical equipment damaged.
An update on the Barley Practice website on Tuesday says the surgery is ‘now dry’.
It says: “The insurance company has appointed a building contractor to start repair works. This will begin from today and will continue for a 12 week period so the surgery will remain closed until early November.
“Thank you for your continued patience and support at this very difficult time. We look forward to resuming business at Market Hill as soon as possible.”
