A man was taken to hospital yesterday morning after collapsing in Royston.

The ambulance service were called at about 7.45am after a man collapsed on Kneesworth Street, near to the John R Ford & Sons Ltd garage.

He was taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage to be treated for his injuries.
