A MAN was taken to hospital in a serious condition following a car accident in Litlington.
Fire crews from Royston and Gamlingay, together with a rescue vehicle from Cambridge, attended the incident, which took place in Royston Road, Litlington, at around 1.20am on Friday.
One car, a black Seat Ibiza, was involved, and on arrival crews found two men had already exited the vehicle while a third remained trapped inside.
Using specialist cutting equipment, fire fighters freed the man, who was then taken by ambulance to Addenbrooke's hospital in a serious condition.
