Man hospitalised after Royston road crash

A MAN has been taken to hospital following a crash involving a lorry and a motorbike today (Wednesday).

Paramedics were called to outside Hillside Poultry Farm, on Newmarket Road in Royston, at 7.29am.

Ambulance service spokesman, Gary Sanderson, said: “A man was treated at the scene by the Royston ambulance crew before he was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge for further care.”

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
