Man charged in relation to three-year-old’s death

A MAN in his 50s has been charged today (Friday) with causing death by dangerous driving in relation to a Royston road accident in which a toddler died.

Carlo Zambonini has also been charged with causing death by careless driving while over the prescribed limit. He will appear at Stevenage Magistrates Court on November 18.

Frances Chin, three, died following a collision with a red Mazda on Kneesworth Street on Sunday May 29.
