Man arrested in connection with toddler’s death re-bailed

THE 57-year-old man arrested in connection with a road collision in which a three-year-old girl died has today (Friday) been re-bailed for the third time.

Frances Chin was struck by a red Mazda on Kneesworth Street on Sunday May 29 and later died of her injuries in Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge.

The man will return to Stevenage Police Station on November 4.

He had previously been re-bailed from September until today (October 7).
