A SEVEN-year old girl who plunged 30ft from a hotel balcony in Majorca has been moved to Addenbrooke's Hospital.
Gianna Cooper, of Foxton, had been in a medically-induced coma in Son Dureta University Hospital, Majorca, since the incident occurred on October 22. However she has now been discharged at the request of her father, Ian, and transferred to Addenbrooke's.
She suffered a broken jaw, serious head injuries, and internal damage, when she fell from a balcony at the Hotel Samoa, in the resort of Calas de Marjorca.
A hospital spokesman in Majorca told the BBC, Gianna was in a serious but stable condition, but was now conscious and able to breathe by herself.
