FIRE services were called to an accident on the A505 after a van collided with a horsebox this morning (Thursday).

Emergency services were called to the scene at 8.53am. No-one was injured in the incident but the horse being carried was temporarily trapped.

The owner of the vehicle carrying the horsebox waited at the roadside for a replacement one to arrive.

A temporary lane closure may cause slow moving traffic.
