A 12-year-old ballet dancer from Heydon started rehearsals on Wednesday for an English Youth Ballet double bill – and will be playing a lead role in one of the shows.
Amy Barker will star in the Nutcracker Suite & Ballet Études, and plays principal role Clara in the former.
Both ballets will be performed at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre on March 24 and 25, and star international principal dancers including Adele Robbins, Monica Tapiador, Samantha Camejo, Brenden Bratulic and Steven Wheeler.
