Children showed off their best costumes and got into the spirit of things when Royston Museum hosted a Heroes and Villains Activity Day last week.
A total of 250 people joined in the fun β the crafty kids painted their own hero or villain using pottery painting material from Glazed Creations, and heard tales of the good folk and bad eggs from Tudor times.
Museum curator Jenny Oxley said: βIt was a fantastic day. It was so good to see so many families engaging with their local heritage in a fun and creative way. The day was a great collaboration between Creative Royston, Glazed Creations and the museum, and we look forward to working together again soon.β
