A car driven by illegal hare coursers was found crashed and burnt out in Thriplow on Wednesday.

The incident happened off Mill Line in the village, and it was later tweeted out by South Cambs Police.

A police spokesman said: “This vehicle was driven over stubble fields and then when offenders crashed it and lost a wheel they torched it.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101.
