During the Drugs Education Day, visitors included Pc Colin Mingay, Pc Jeff Mason and Quit, an anti-smoking organisation. Pupils were also shown the medical side of drugs and the effects they have on the body. "The activities aim to develop pupils' strategies for dealing with pressure from friends and the necessary information to help them to make informed decisions.
