To mark the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare’s death, a pop-up digital library visited a number of sites around the country, including Guilden Morden.
To mark the anniversary of the great Bard, Vodafone joined forces with the British Library to make 15 of some of Shakespeare’s iconic plays – in their original quartos – available to people across the country in a digital format.
The mobile phone giant developed digital wallpaper, which people can scan to get the scripts on their smart-phone or other connected devices, which was revealed in London’s Trafalgar Square. The people of Guilden Morden were able to download the plays for free.
