Heavy rain and hail hit the area throughout the weekend, only relenting on Sunday afternoon.
South Cambridgeshire was particularly badly affected, with land on the Barrington Road between Shepreth and Barrington still under water on Monday.
Cllr Sebastian Kindersley, who represents the area on Cambridgeshire County Council, said: "I've been contacted by one lady who has water lapping at the foot of her back door.

"I haven't heard of anyone whose house was actually flooded but it's certainly a concerning situation."
A spokesman for the Environment Agency said: "We issued a precautionary advice for the area over the weekend, and we're hopeful that the worst has now passed.

"The sun and wind which we've had this week has been a big help, though the Met office say there could be some rain on Friday so we'll be keeping a close eye on that.
