SCHOOLS in Royston and the surrounding areas have been busy today (Friday) raising funds for Comic Relief.
Pupils and teachers from a number of schools donned their red noses and ears, to take part in the fun and games. Activities included sponsored silences, art and crafts, fancy dress, fun runs, cake making, and sing alongs.
Emma Daintrey of Greneway School in Royston said: "Pupils love days like this because it is always fun. But at the same time they appreciate why they are doing it, and are always keen to show their support for charity.
