A SCHOOL'S healthy living week gave pupils a fresh outlook on life.
Pupils from Millfield First and Nursery School in Monks Walk, Buntingford, learned the importance of healthy living and ways in which they can exercise.
The school enrolled the help of sports instructor Ian Tiffen, who specialises in non-sport exercise programmes, and yoga teacher Kirsty Watson, who got the youngsters into the lotus position.
The school nurse also gave the pupils a talk and the healthy living theme was also carried into break time, with a playground games.
A spokeswoman for the school said: "The children had a lot of fun and learned a lot.
