A car had to be put out by firefighters during the early hours of the morning after crashing on the A505 near Royston and catching alight.
Crews from Royston were called to the scene at about 2.30am and used two hose reels to put out the car fire, after the vehicle is said to have ‘collided with road furniture’.
Nobody was injured in the crash and firefighters left at 3.15am after making the scene safe.
