THE WHEELS are already in motion for the Royston Arts Festival 2009.

Organisers are determined to build on the success of this year's event, and the festival committee is holding a public meeting on Wednesday, November 19.

A spokesman for the committee said: "The basis of the 2009 programme will be drawn from those attending the meeting, so we'd like to hear from arts-based organisations and local venues who want to be involved in some way."

The meeting takes place at Icknield Walk First School at 7.45pm.

Anyone unable to attend the meeting can still take part in the festival, but all interest must be registered by November 19.
