The group of 15 fathers and children from Roysia and Greneway Schools enjoyed a trip to Battlefields Live Hertfordshire organised by the Royston Extended School's Initiative.

"The event was organised by in recognition of the importance of Dads to their children," she said.

Battlefields is similar to paintballing, but lasers are used instead of paint. The action took place in woods on the site of the Nuthampstead airfield.
