A Christmas tree measuring over 20 feet has been erected in a Royston church.
The gigantic tree, which holds 2,500 lights and reaches the ceiling, has been put on display in the St John the Baptist Church on Melbourn Street.
The tree also holds a poignant significance. A basket of baubles has been left beneath the tree for members of the congregation to hang on the lower leaves in memory of loved ones who cannot be with them this Christmas.
