A MAN pleaded guilty to theft from a Royston bookmaker yesterday (Thursday).

Lee Curry, 25, admitted stealing £1,230 from Coral on Kneesworth Street sometime between Wednesday September 8 and Tuesday October 12.

The Letchworth resident gave his plea at Cambridge Crown Court, and will be sentenced there later this month.
