More than 100 students attended the annual BVC Sports Awards dinner, enjoying an evening of awards, sports quizzes as well as an inspirational guest speaker.

Guilden Morden Primary School's older pupils enjoyed learning more about the different aspects of engineering during a practical day planned and led by staff at construction firm Willmott Dixon.

A group of Royston schoolchildren have raised more than £2,500 and are set to shave their heads in memory of a student's mum who died from bowel cancer.
