A Royston woman with an intellectual disability is proud as punch after winning the cup for Overall National Champion at the Riding for the Disabled Association competition.
Lucy Warne won her dressage class with a score of 78.52 per cent – the highest score at the National Championships.
Lucy will next compete in September – in preparation for The National Special Olympic Games, which will be held in August next year in Sheffield.
Mum Ali says is it one of her ‘ultimate goals in life’.
