AFTER more than 20 years practicing in Royston, a doctor from Roysia Surgery is calling it a day.
Dr Anne Rigney retired at the start of this month, and will be replaced by a new GP, Dr Hari Virdee.
She said: "I have been very happy living and working in Royston.
"The Roysia team are superb and it has been a privilege to care for my patients, to all of whom I send my best wishes."

After initially joining the Royston Health Centre practice, Dr Rigney founded Roysia Surgery in 1990 along with Dr Richard Hay and Dr Mark Polge.
As part of an improved service, the surgery will be offering evening appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
