A SUMMERHOUSE built in a conservation area in Buntingford may have to be taken down.
The building, at the rear of a Grade II listed terraced cottage in High Street, Buntingford, was refused retrospective planning permission in April.
East Herts District Council was deciding last night (Wednesday) whether the summerhouse had to be demolished.
