A decision on a controversial housing scheme in Royston has been deferred.
North Herts District Council’s planning committee had been set to consider Fairview Homes’ application to build 39 houses on land adjacent to Hausman Avenue, Royston, along with a related plan for an access road to the site, last month.
But due to ongoing discussions about the allocation of section 106 money, both applications are now set to go before the committee when it meets on January 16.
