EGYPTIAN dancing was an addition to lessons at Edwinstree School in Buntingford. Year 6 pupils dressed up as Egyptians and took part in a percussion and dance workshop with Hazel King, a trained teacher who is passionate about Egypt and its history. Pupils are currently learning about Ancient Egypt so the day helped them in learning more about the country. Zoe Linington, head of Year 6, said: "They all really loved it. They had good fun learning about Egyptian rhythms and music, and we would like to repeat it again next year." Each class learned a different dance and percussion to perform to other pupils and teachers at the end of the day.
