More than ten fire appliances are now at the scene of the fire, at Grange Farm near the Flint Cross turning on the A505. So far it has affected a number of converted barns which are now used as offices.
But with the fire still well alight, fire officers are concerned it may spread to two nearby factory units and a house.
Rick Hylton, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service station manager, said: "Crews are at work with numerous jets and hose reels trying to prevent the fire from spreading to the house and factory units.
