A NEW submission to run Royston market is being drawn-up by Royston Town Council.
But it is understood that the submission will not see drastic changes to the original document which was produced last year.
Then North Herts District Council - which is looking to "privatise" the running of the market - turned down all submissions.
The town council will decide whether to submit the new document at a meeting on January 28.
The deadline for submitting an application to the district council is January 31.
A spokesman for the district council said yesterday (Wednesday): "Once re-ceived we will evaluate the applications and the aim is to award (the contract) by the end of March or early April.
