NIGEL Brook has been re-elected as chairman of Herts County Council.
Cllr Brook, who was elected to County Hall in 2000, said he was "delighted" to continue in the role.
He worked in the City of London for 43 years as a member and director of the Baltic Exchange.
He is keen on sport and is a member of the MCC and Surrey County Cricket Club.
