In Cambridgeshire heavy traffic is reported on the A10 around Milton Park and Ride in Cambridge on Monday evening.
Motorists are also being warned of heavy traffic on the A1 (M) with congestion southbound around junction 4 with Hertford and northbound around junction 6 at Welwyn.
On the M25 there is slow traffic clockwise between junction 15 with the M4 and junction 17, Maple Cross in the roadworks area.
On the M1 in Hertfordshire there is very slow traffic northbound between junction 9 at Redbourn and the Luton Airport Spur Road inn the roadworks area.
On the M11 Essex one lane is closed both ways and there is a contraflow owing to resurfacing work and barrier repairs between junction 8 at Stansted Airport and junction 9 with Saffron Walden.
