Tesco enjoys day of fun

The Royston branch of Tesco held a successful community fun day on Sunday 11 July, with thousands of customers coming along to join in and get involved. The fair featured a range of local suppliers and charities who gave information on what they do and allowed people to help with good causes. Around 50 people signed up to get involved with local groups and charities.

Mandy Jinkerson, Community Champion at the store, said: “It was a great day out for everyone. There was a lot to do and all the kids were very happy with the face painters, music and magicians. It was fantastic to see everyone coming together to support local charities and suppliers.”
