FOOTBALL coach Martin Sorrell has become Barclays Business Personality of the Month.
Martin, who runs the Royston-based First Steps Football School, has been coaching for the past 10 years.
Since September 2003 he has worked with Royston Celtic Youth FC and has become a qualified FA licensed coach.
During the past 12 months First Steps has worked with a number of schools in North Herts, Essex and south Cambridgeshire.
Since undertaking coaching, Martin has developed his business into providing holiday coaching courses for children aged six upwards, giving them an opportunity of learning the positive aspects of sport regardless of ability.
Sessions are designed to be progressive and teach not only skills and techniques specific to a chosen sport, but life skills in general.
