Classical concert to aid Rotary charities

A CHARITY concert by an acclaimed pianist and opera singer has been orgainsed by the Rotary Club of Royston.
The concert will be given by the Italian pianist Francesco Attesti and mezzo-soprano Annika Kaschenz.
And it will be in aid of the Rotary International PolioPlus campaign and the CLIC Sargent Cancer Care for Children.
Both performers are currently on an extensive tour through Europe, but have always given a concert each for Rotary International and its charity.
Their programme of light classical works will include arias from The Marriage of Figaro, The Barber of Seville and Carmen.
Piano works will include Liszt, Chopin and Schubert.

The concert will take place at the West Road Concert Hall, Cambridge on Friday, June 13 at 7.30pm.
