MEMBERS of a choral society raised the roof of a church when they put on their largest concert.
The Royston Choral Society joined members of the Bishop’s Stortford Choral Society to perform Verdi’s Requiem at Thaxted Church.
Elizabeth Spain, from the Royston society, described the concert as “a tremendous success.”
