A broken down train at Meldreth has been causing delays of up to 30 minutes this morning between Hitchin and Cambridge.
Commuters using the Great Northern line have been affected by the broken down train, with services in and out of London also said to be delayed.
The service is expected to return to normal at about 9am, although other reports suggest the problems could continue until 10am.
