A 63-year-old man from Bassingbourn has sadly died following a collision involving his motorbike and a car in Fowlmere yesterday afternoon.
Clive Kingsley, 63, was riding his Royal Enfield motorcycle in Long Lane at about 4.45pm when it was involved in the crash with a Smart Forfour.
Clive – of Elm Tree Drive in Bassingbourn – suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
The driver of the Smart car, a 19-year-old man from Little Abington in South Cambs, was uninjured.
Anyone with information about the collision is should contact the road policing unit on 101, quoting incident 420 of February 15.
