The 225th anniversary service at Bassingbourn United Reformed Church was held on Sunday. It was taken by Phil Loudon and included the dedication of a beautiful organ cover and piano runner.

The South Cambs Quilters group worked on the organ cover and piano runner for nine months. The group includes Val Tookey, Marion Gentry, Barbara Isherwood, Sue Higinbotham, Judy Reader, Sue Goold, Maureen Strugnell, Elaine Bloomfield and Liz Corrigan.
