IN an evenly contested match two late goals sealed a 4-2 win for Letchworth.
Bassingbourn should have led three minutes in but Matthew Lovejoy shot wide, and Letchworth then took the lead when a shot came back off the post and their forward finished well.

The lead was short lived as within three minutes of the second half Tom Bromillow crossed for Modestas Mankus to level the scores.
Fifteen minutes later Bassingbourn took the lead when a through ball by Jordan Townson was finished by Bromillow, but just as before the lead did not last long as a fine finish by a Letchworth striker levelled things.

It was in the last five minutes that the game became interesting. Letchworth scored following a corner and then Bassingbourn went close before Letchworth added a fourth to finish the score 4-2.
