AN 18-year-old from Barkway will appear at Cambridge Crown Court charged with the possession of an offensive weapon - a knuckle duster - and using a car without insurance.
Robert England, of Cambridge Road, appeared at Stevenage Magistrates on Friday and both charges relate to an alleged incident in Melbourn Street, Royston in June.
He is scheduled to appear at crown court on January 6.
