ARROWHEADS ran out comfortable 4-0 winners against Hatfield on Sunday after producing a dominant display.
An early clearance from Mason-Soards in the Austen defence took Hatfield by surprise, Ahmed ran onto the loose ball, and slotted it low past the keeper to give Austen a dream start inside a minute and also clam their nerves.
On 15 minutes a Hatfield defender failed to head a Newport goal-kick and the ball dropped kindly to a waiting Ahmed who coolly took the ball on and stroked it into the net.
Both defences were kept busy, but the Hatfield keeper was by far the busiest and he pulled off some fine saves to keep his team in the match.
Austen started the second half much like the first and immediately forced the Hatfield keeper into another brave save.
