Fusion food is the latest buzz word, and there’s no better evidence than new business Maccy Lee’s, which is now operating in Jewson’s carpark on the Royston Industrial Estate.
The joint sells burgers and baps and a selection of Thai food, such as Massaman curry and Thai green curry. Head chef ‘D’ will be there from Monday to Friday from 7 am until 3 pm serving up hot nosh.
