A CHEQUE for almost £2,000 has been handed over to the East Anglian Air Ambulance. The cash was raised by members of the Roysia Women's Club, who adopted the service as their charity of the year. Pictured is club president Jan Fraser, left, presenting the cheque, for £1,802, to air ambulance fund-raising co-ordinator Alison Horsley. She told members about the introduction of a new air ambulance which is now able to carry two patients and spoke of the need for more helipads.
