A young jewellery maker from Melbourn has come out on top in a prestigious creative competition.
Cosima White, aged seven, was rewarded for her top entry into the Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery Kids Jewellery Making competition on Saturday.
The competition attracted entries from children across Herts, Cambs, Essex and Bedfordshire.
Cosima is a pupil Kings College School in Cambridge and the judges were particularly impressed with her mature approach, her sense of colour and her level of manual dexterity in making her pieces.
She was presented with a kids jewellery making kit and a gold tiara by Harriet Kelsall at the company’s studio and workshop in Halls Green.
