THE winner in The Crow's best dressed window competition was Howes Options, in the High Street, Royston. And to celebrate the success, The Crow gave staff bottles of wine and a certificate. The prizes were presented by Lulu Austin, one of The Crow's advertising representatives. The competition was run during the lead up to the Christmas period and saw a number of High Street traders fight it out for the prize.
