The Home-Start Aquathon is returning to Royston Leisure Centre next month.
The event invites swimmers, community groups, clubs and schools to have fun while raising funds for community organisations and Home-Start.
To participate, individuals form a team of six swimmers or compete alone, securing sponsors to raise money.
Last year, 17 teams - each made up of six people - plunged into the pool and raced to swim as many lengths as possible in 55 minutes.
The money raised was shared between the chosen causes and Home-Start, which helps families with young children going through difficult times.
Home-Start provides both paper forms and an online fundraising page for participants to share with family, friends and colleagues to gather support.
You can download an application form at https://www.hsrsc.org.uk/events/ and either email the completed form to events@hsrsc.org.uk or drop it into the Meldreth office.

Teams and individuals will swim in a relay at the Royston Leisure Centre on the evening of April 28.
Time slots are at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm - with the 6pm slot reserved for teams with children.
Half of the sponsorship total will be allocated to the team's chosen cause, while the other half will go towards Home-Start.
