Glazed Creations paint-your-own-pottery studio in Royston recently celebrated its 10th birthday with a Safari Town Trail.

The trail adventure, sponsored by Royston First BID, took place over 10 days as part of Royston Arts Festival.

Families were able to explore the town centre while discovering 10 hidden animals tucked away within participating local businesses.

As each animal was located, participants marked its name and location on trail entry forms and answered the corresponding topical questions.

Once they had completed the trail, they submitted their forms into a prize draw competition for the chance to win a £100 Glazed Creations voucher and one of the glazed animals used in the trail.

The lucky winners were two brothers, six-year-old Jake and four-year-old Reuben.

Speaking about the trail, Jake said: "I had lots of fun doing it and I'm looking forward to the next trail, and spending my voucher at Glazed Creations."

In addition, nine runners-up each received a glazed trail animal to commemorate their safari adventure.
