A motorcyclist was sprayed with an 'unknown substance' while on the way to work in Guilden Morden.
Police were called at around 10.50am on Thursday, September 14.
According to a Facebook post by the victim's partner, he was left "blinded" after the substance covered the visor of his helmet.
A spokesperson for Cambs police said: "A crime has been raised for common assault and criminal damage and an investigation is ongoing."
