An exhibition by artist Steve Ellis will be held at the recently refurbished Croydon Reading Room.
Steve was born in North Wales and had a successful career as a graphic artist before returning to his love of painting and illustration.
When the Reading Room reopened following a three-year refurbishment, Steve painted a mural of a woodland scene behind the new play area free of charge, which has been well-received by the public.

Free refreshments will be on offer, including wine, and visitors will have a chance to buy Steve's artwork and enjoy the refurbished hall.
