Bow Books was founded by experienced bookseller Paul Bowes, who previously ran a bookshop in Dunstable and came out of semi-retirement after identifying the need for a bookshop in the town.

Following the launch event, Paul said: "We had a really fun time with Jeffrey, who met the mayor, exhorted the public to cherish its bookshop and guided my grandson Bertie in cutting the official opening ribbon at the front door at noon.
